The room was spacious, with a large king-size bed, modern furniture, and a clean, spacious bathroom. The attention to detail was impressive, with complimentary drinking water provided in the fridge. The hotel's central location was convenient, with major places and the Central Market within walking distance or a short tuk-tuk ride away.
Some confusion with the location, which could easily be resolved by showing the hotel's location on Google Maps.

A matress and pillows, good bed. Independence monument was just 1 mile away...
Nothing for me.

A nice budget option, located in a quiet area but still close to Oreussy market and the central market. There are several options for nightlife nearby. the staff is friendly and the breakfast is plentiful with some variety. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, some even have lovely city views.
One of the reviews mentioned security issues in the balcony rooms, so it's worth double-checking the lock system.

The location was very good and quite central. One could reach many restaurants, bars, the Pub Street and also the Palace within walking distance. The price/performance was okay.
The air conditioner was directly above the bed and not well adjusted. The staff was unfortunately very incompetent and could only help very sparsely and insufficiently with questions. Unfortunately, there were a lot of Chinese guests at the same time on the spot, the noise level was already early in the morning accordingly.

Staff provide good service; 15 walking minutes to Royal Palace;
Single room is too small; Breakfast should be better

When you are traveling, not only places, buildings, landscapes make you delighted. Big role in it play people who you meet on your way. In this hotel definitely you'll meet extremely friendly and helpfull staff. Hotel is brand new, everthing is clean and smells nice. It has good location close to the National Museum and Royal Palace with reasonable price. Fully recommend.
Because hotel is new, some Tuk Tuk drivers don't know exactly how to get there. Cross check exact address before you'll arrive.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Phnom Penh recently. The hotel was very clean and the room was a good size with a spacious, clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all my needs were met. The location was ideal, as it was at the center with walking distance or a short tuk-tuk ride to major places of interest. They even included breakfast, which was a nice touch. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money.
All was fantastic - no complaints at all!

Location is rather a minus Breakfast was basic and not tasty The hotel is not a real Boutique hotel as it lacks character and its decoration is simple

Room size was quite good
They overbooked on our first night so we were "bumped" to their other property which is sub standard. I noticed them doing it to four other groups whilst I was there. Also breakfast is very poor compared to other places I've staid in cambodia
